2017 Diamond in the Rough Award Nomination
The Diamond in the Rough Award emerged from an overwhelming number of powerful testimonies heard by our founder, First Lady Stella Bynoe. Under the leading of the Holy Spirit, Lady Stella Bynoe, decided to create an award, "The Diamond in the Rough Award" that honors the lives of women who have overcome tremendous odds. Awardees so graciously allow their life-changing testimonies to be publicized to enrich the lives of other women who may be facing similar challenges.
Each year during the fashion and award show The Diamond in the Rough Award is presented to five women. The award is presented to a woman who has overcome adversities and challenges in life and is now serving others as a true testament of victory. These women, affectionately called "Diamond Girls" are serving in our communities and churches sharing the love of Christ and letting others know that victorious kingdom living is just one step of faith away!

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone you know that is a clear example of a "Diamond in the Rough" please submit a testimony in 1500 words or less by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2017.
*Please note the Diamond in the Rough nomination committee will review all testimonies. All winners will be announced at the event. Parts of an individual’s testimony may be shared at the award and fashion show with the upmost respect, sensitivity, and discretion of our Founder. All submissions are strictly confidential.
